Hyperdimension Neptunia Blanc Tickled

This one took me a while. I still need to improve on it like the background or the ground but I decided to do that at another time. From the sketch I released, this is the final product. Yes, I need to work on hands and what not, but at the moment, I think I did fairly well. Compared to the other digital drawings- I did not use a vector layers as my outline. I used the tablet I borrowed and produced this- drew this all from my hand.

But ignoring such- enjoy the toe bounded Blanc getting tickled by Rom and Ram plus the Flower monster
